Community Project

Trialing a new community action project 'put your hands up not out' all year 8 students will complete one rotation throw a lens of giving back back to the local community in the form of a social action. We look forward to sharing more information on these projects later in the term.

Wood Carving

Students from room 18/19 at Bohally Intermediate in Whaea Pera's class had the opportunity to work alongside master caver Paura Mackie. They learnt about the history of carving and the stories the carvings tell, as well as creating their own carving. They used their knowledge to film and edit a documentary about their new learning. Thank you to Paura for his time.
